The Process

Hand-harvested. Carefully sorted. Aged 19 months in French oak

Llanos del Almendro is crafted from old-vine Tinto Fino grown across 19 micro-parcels in the Atauta Valley. Each parcel is harvested at its optimum moment, followed by meticulous sorting and vinification designed to preserve the character of this exceptional vineyard.
