Hand-Hand-harvested. Carefully sorted. Aged 19 months in French oak.
La Roza is crafted from 180-year-old ungrafted Tinto Fino vines grown in three small plots in the Atauta Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully sorted and vinified in open stainless-steel vats before ageing for 19 months in French oak barrels.
