0.45 ha divided into 7 micro-parcels on a south-facing slope at 965 metres.

SOIL
1.2 metres of soil over decomposed limestone bedrock: 40 cm of loose sand with rounded pebbles, followed by 80 cm of sandy soil with clay and limestone.

Hand-harvested. Carefully sorted. Aged 19 months in French oak.
San Juan is crafted from 155-year-old ungrafted Tinto Fino vines grown across seven micro-parcels in the Atauta Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested, double sorted and vinified in open stainless-steel vats before ageing for 19 months in French oak barrels.
