Hand-harvested. Barrel-fermented. Aged 9 months on its lees.
Náiades is produced from more than 100-year-old Verdejo vines in Rueda. The grapes are harvested manually in 15 kg boxes, undergo full-grape maceration in a cooling chamber and careful stem selection, before pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine then ages for nine months in barrel in contact with its lees.
