Nora da Neve is an expressive Albariño from Condado do Tea, combining freshness, elegance and subtle oak ageing. Its Atlantic character is shaped by old vines, pebble-rich soils and seven months of bâtonnage.

The Process

Fermented in French oak. Aged 7 months with bâtonnage.

Nora da Neve is made from Albariño grown in Condado do Tea. Fermentation takes place using the Burgundian method in 225- and 600-litre French oak barrels, followed by seven months of ageing with bâtonnage to build complexity and intensity while preserving freshness.
