Zales & Rego doesn't buy products. It selects producers. Each maker in our catalog has gone through an evaluation process that includes a visit, blind tasting, traceability audit, and certification review. If we can't proudly tell their story, we don't include them.
Verified origin
Each producer has a documented name, location, and method. Nothing anonymous, nothing generic
Full traceability
Lot, date, process, and certifications available via QR on each product.
Maker Story Card
Each delivery includes a physical producer profile: who they are, how they work, what makes their product unique.
A story in every issue
Every Z&R order includes a Maker Story Card printed on uncoated paper with botanical illustration. It's not a leaflet. It's the context that transforms a product into an experience.
Radical transparency
Each batch has a QR code that opens its complete dossier: ingredients, allergens, production process, origin of raw material, laboratory records, and certifications. We don't hide anything because there's nothing to hide.
